Flowpack machines
Our fully automatic flowpack machines are designed for high-speed applications and also for airtight packaging specifications.
The machines are fitted with rotating transversal sealing units or with the Box motion system with travelling sealing bar.
We are also able to perform packaging with overlap and top or bottom closure.
The machines can be connected to a wide range of infeed systems, such as infeed chains or infeed belts and robotic systems for batch grouping…
Our flowpack machines are also available in hygienic and stainless-steel versions.
A hybrid version allows you the choice of using heat-sealing paper and/or film.
Commonly used films:
– BOPP film 20 to 40 µ
– Complex and multilayer films
– BOPE & PE/EVOH/PE films
– Heat-sealing papers 25 to 80 g (XD Box motion version only)
